Amenities;
Fully equipped galley kitchen (Refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, teapot, microwave, beverage blender, dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, etc).
All Linens and towels are provided for your stay, but we do not provide daily maid service. Also provided are; Coffee, coffee filters, tea bags, creamer packets, sugar packets, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and bath soap)
Sleeps 2 to 4 guests (one queen size bed and one full size futon).
2 TV's with Cable (Expanded Basic). One with VCR and one with DVD player.
Wireless internet access in the condo and on grounds. (Including picnic area)
Ocean view from small deck. (Better ocean view from picnic area on the grounds with barbecue/outdoor fireplace. Even better view on the beach, a short walk away!!)
Nearby beach access. About a 1 minute walk to access. However, there are stairs. The condos are up on a bluff overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean from a wonderful scenic location. If you prefer not to navigate the stairs, alternative easy beach access is just minutes away by car.
Close to shopping, dining and Chinook Winds casino.
Clean and cozy unit in small private condo complex. (19 units total)
Clean and well maintained grounds.
Parking in view of condo.
NO SMOKING IN CONDO (Smoking outside the condo is permitted on the grounds)
PETS may be considered under 25 pounds and housetrained.
Rates: We rent the condo for $75.00 per night plus tax. No cleaning fee!
